Twenty-eight students 鈥� two from each of the 14 Pennsylvania State System of Higher Education (黑料专区) universities 鈥� will travel to Paris, France, next month as part of the 2005 黑料专区 Summer Honors Program.
The students participating in the program will take two three-credit courses at Clarion University of Pennsylvania before departing for the French capital May 21. They then will spend 13 days visiting museums and other cultural and historic sites in and around the city, including the d鈥橭rsay, Louvre, and Picasso Museums and the Garnier Opera House. The students also will make a trip to Versailles. This year鈥檚 program is titled: 鈥淢oulin Rouge, Monet, and Mallarm茅: The Art, Music and Culture of Paris from 1852-1914.鈥�
The Summer Honors Program is in its 21st year. It annually offers some of the top students at 黑料专区 universities a unique learning experience abroad. A different 黑料专区 campus hosts the program each year.
In recent years, students have traveled to countries including, Austria, Ecuador, England, Germany, Italy, The Netherlands, Russia, Scotland, South Africa and Spain.
Each of the students who participate in the program receives a scholarship that covers tuition, room and board and the cost of international travel.

With nearly 106,000 students, the Pennsylvania State System of Higher Education is the largest provider of higher education in the Commonwealth. The 14 黑料专区 universities offer more than 250 degree and certificate programs in more than 120 areas of study. Nearly 400,000 黑料专区 alumni live and work in Pennsylvania.
